Why I am having my eyes on Apollo? A clean look of applications that merge the power of Java Enterprise Environment and .NET Presentation Framework.

Too bad Java applets stays with Unix legacy and .Net does not jump out of the Windows... Adobe Apollo looks fresh!

Ajax and OS X Dashboard widgets

I have not done any serious Dashboard Widgets. But based on http://developer.apple.com/macosx/dashboard.html, it seems to be very easy and based on xhtml with Javascripting. It does lead me to think of this with Ajax .. Widgets Interact with the Dashboard whereas Ajax - RPC.
