Where is F3?

I have been disappointed by not being able to get access to f3.dev.java.net. Oh! NO WAIT- I just downloaded JavaFX from openjfx.dev.java.net and it is F3. I think I am making my best guess now that: F3 is the code name and JavaFX is the product name. I will bet my money on that ..
